When fulfilling your pet's prescription refill request, please follow the below guidelines:
- Please allow us 24-48 hours to process all prescription refill requests.
- All pets need a physical exam within the last 6-12 months depending on the prescription.
- Some prescriptions do require current bloodwork prior to approval.
